Enterprise Messaging (EM) 4 Engineering, Integration and Sustainment Support   2

The Defense Information Systems Agency, National Capital Region (DISA-NCR), Fort Meade, Maryland awarded a sole source contract with Leidos, Inc. at 1750 Presidents St. FL 4, Reston, VA 20190 to provide support for the engineering, integration, operations, and sustainment of EM services. The primary goal is to sustain these services in support of customers by providing globally connected, real-time services for collaboration and information sharing that enables net-centric operations. The resulting contract will be issued on a firm-fixed price basis. The period of performance is a seven-month base period.

This is not a request for competitive proposals. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which Government negotiated with only one source pursuant to authority of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(A). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is supported by an approved Exception to Fair Opportunity Justification and Approval (J&A).
