Description

Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition Directorate (AD) intends to procure Enterprise Managed Print Services (EMPS) for the Joint Service Provider (JSP). Performance shall be in accordance with all applicable laws, standards, instructions, executive orders, commercial practices, and requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This will be a hybrid contract consisting of Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Labor Hour (LH), and Time and Materials (T&M) contract line items (CLINs). The period of performance will be for a twelve-month base period and four twelve-month option periods.

The NAICS code for this requirement is 811212 "Computer and Office Machine Repair and Maintenance." The small business size standard is $27.5M.

A draft of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (HQ0034-18-R-0143) and Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached for your review. The purpose of this presolicitation notice is to give vendors a chance to review the requirement and submit any questions if needed. Questions are due by 2PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Friday, 06 July 2018. Questions to this presolicitation notice shall be submitted to Kareem Williams (Contractor), Contract Specialist, at kareem.m.williams.ctr@mail.mil; and to James Canady III, Contracting Officer, at james.a.canady22.civ@mail.mil. This is going to be a competitive 8(a) award, so only certified 8(a) vendors need to reply to this notice.

The estimated issuance of the final Combined Synopsis/Solicitation will be on or around 16 July 2018, and will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. The due date for proposal submissions will be three weeks after issuance of the final Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.
