Enterprise IT Support

Background
This contract is issued by the U.S. Army Office of the Surgeon General (US ARMY OTSG) and the United States Army Headquarters Medical Command (USA HQ MEDCOM). The mission of these organizations is to provide top-quality health services in support of military operations to members of the Armed Forces, their families, and others entitled to Department of War health care.

The goal of this contract is to sustain the current information management/information technology (IM/IT) infrastructure and facilitate future IM/IT enhancements.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide a wide range of IT services including:
1. IT help desk support for various IT systems, equipment, and devices.
2. Network support to ensure operational efficiency.
3. Database management to maintain data integrity and accessibility.
4. Cloud operations focusing on compliance with federal IT security standards.

The contractor will perform these services without supervision from the government, being accountable solely to the contractor.

Period of Performance
The geographic location(s) the contract will be performed (if provided).

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed both within and outside the Continental United States (OCONUS/CONUS).

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet the following requirements:
1. Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA).
2. Personnel must possess a SECRET clearance at the time of proposal submission.
3. Relevant experience in providing similar IT support services is required, including previous work as a prime contractor or subcontractor.
