Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions Support

The General Services Administration (GSA) requires Federal Agencies to transition their voice, data, and other related services to the Enterprise Infrastructure Solution (EIS) contract. EIS is a comprehensive solution based vehicle to address all aspects of Federal Agency Information Technology telecommunications, and infrastructure requirements. EIS is the follow on contract vehicle for Networx, WITS3, and the local telecommunications service agreement contracts.
CMS is an operating division (OpDiv) for the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). CMS is planning for the EIS transition and requires a support team of industry experts to enable successful migration of services. Transition of services will include, but not limited to, customer orders, administrative record changes, establishment of a new billing model, migration to the new billing systems, and potential physical infrastructure changes.
This effort will procure a contractor support team for CMS' transition of services from existing data/voice contract vehicles Networx, WITS3, and the local telecommunications service agreement (LSA) contracts to the GSA Enterprise Infrastructure Solution Contract (EIS).
