The purpose of this amendment is to limit the rsvp to two (2) people per company due to overwhelming response. The meeting invitation for the Industry Information Day will be sent to attendees after the deadline to rsvp on January 15, 2021.

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Office of Information Technology (OIT) will be hosting an Industry Information Day to assist with market research.

Event:

• INDUSTRY INFORMATION DAY

The Industry Information Day is scheduled for January 22, 2021. This will be a virtual event. The meeting will begin promptly at 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). Only the entities that register for the event will be allowed to join.

The purpose of this Industry Information Day is for the Government program officials to provide information regarding OIT's Enterprise Infrastructure and Architecture Services. Also, for the Government to obtain information to better refine its requirements, not to elicit trade secrets.

This announcement should not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Quote (RFQ) or a commitment by the United States Federal Government. The U.S. Federal Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Industry Information Day. The information obtained from the Industry Information Day will be utilized for market research purposes only. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of the vendor's participation in this event.

To participate, interested vendors shall:

• RSVP no later than January 15, 2021 by 11:00am EST to Mr. Kwasi Antwi at KAntwi@hrsa.gov.

Please be mindful that the Government will:

• Not accept sales pitches or giveaways during the industry day.
• Not allow any recording, cameras, tape recorders, or other reproduction devices during the event.
• Require that your cell phones be put away during the presentation.
• Publish responses to questions asked during the event.
