Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) Wave 1 RFQ

The Department of the Air Force (DAF) requests a quotation for the enterprise-wide roll out of information technology (IT) end user services (EUS) known as EITaaS Wave 1. The general scope of Wave 1 includes the following services: Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), Enterprise Service Desk, End User Devices, and Device Management. Wave 1 services will be implemented in support of ~750,000 Airmen and Guardians, worldwide.
