Enterprise Financial Management System

The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is seeking a contract for the development and implementation of an Enterprise Financial Management System for the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO). The purpose of this system is to streamline AOC financial data management reporting and support all phases of the budget process. The contract will have a one-year base period with two one-year option periods.

The scope of work includes developing and implementing a web-based software solution that integrates and interacts with other AOC data systems. The system should reduce man hours, improve data quality, support decision-making processes, and increase the speed of reporting. The project will be divided into five modules: Programming, Budgeting, Spend Plan, Execution, and Reports. Each module has specific requirements and deliverables.

The place of performance for this contract is Washington, DC. The AOC does not provide government equipment or space, and most meetings will be virtual. Key personnel for this contract include an IT Program Manager and a Financial Management Solutions SME.

Interested companies are requested to respond to the Request for Information (RFI) by providing information about their interest in submitting a quotation, their ability to perform the scope of work under their GSA Schedule contract (if applicable), questions for the government, past contracts with similar scope of work, and any other relevant information.
