Enterprise Facilities Operation and Maintenance (EFOM)   2

Background
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking to consolidate its requirements for facility operations and maintenance services through the Enterprise Facility Operation and Maintenance (EFOM) contract. This initiative is justified under Title 15, United States Code (USC), Section 657q, as it aims to streamline procurement processes and achieve substantial benefits exceeding those of alternative contracting approaches.

The anticipated contract will support the FBI's mission by providing skilled personnel and services necessary for maintaining various FBI-operated facilities across the United States.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Facilities Operations and Maintenance. The services required include:
- Skilled professional facility operations and maintenance at various FBI operated leased and/or owned sites.
- Licensed personnel in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building controls, carpentry, logistics, and critical support equipment trades.
- Operations, monitoring, repair, and alteration of facilities and facility systems.
- Support for secure mission-critical Tier 3 enterprise data centers and operations centers requiring 24/7/365 staffing.
- Individual sites will define specific requirements for services and positions under each Task Order.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for the IDIQ contract is five years, consisting of one base year followed by four option years, each lasting 12 months.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various FBI-operated leased and/or owned sites around the United States.
