United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) aims to identify vendors that can recruit and retain staff with the experience and skills needed to meet the needs of this requirement. The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Office of Information Technology (OIT) is seeking to gather market information for the acquisition planning of a replacement contract for Enterprise Infrastructure Operations Support Services (EIOSS). The new contract, titled Enterprise Automation and Unified Task Orchestration (eAUTO), aims to provide modern IT operations that enhance efficiency and reduce errors through automation and unified task orchestration.

Work Details
