Enterprise Acquisition Support Services and Acquisition Support Services

Background
The purpose of this notice is to notify industry that the Enterprise Acquisition Support Services (70FA203I00000008) and FIMA Resilience Acquisition Support Services (70FA203I00000006) needs will be consolidated into a single requirement. FEMA is merging both requirements to guarantee that the agency receives the necessary services to meet its needs. Small businesses (from all socioeconomic backgrounds) will be solicited. The RFP will be issued in February 2024 and will be issued on GSA MAS NAICS 541611. The requirement will result in a single award BPA.

Work Details
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Resilience, Federal Insurance and Mitigation Administration (FIMA), Grants Programs Directorate (GRANTS) and the National Preparedness Directorate (NPD) require acquisition management services to support and enhance its procurement related activities, capabilities, and operations. This requirement will support the acquisition lifecycle and will include identifying acquisition best practices to achieve greater efficiency in planning and procuring products and services.

Period of Performance
The RFP will be issued in February 2024.

Place of Performance
FEMA HQ, 500 C. St. SW Washington D.C. 20472 and satellite locations for critical working sessions, training workshops, key meetings and presentations as deemed appropriate by FEMA authorized personnel.
