This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued as a market research to gather information for anticipated requirement for Enhancing AI Integration in Human and Health Services only. See attacment for detailed instruction on submitting responses.

SUMMARY

With the advent of generative technology, artificial intelligence (AI) is changing the game faster than ever before. The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), guided by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), invites input on leveraging AI to enhance operations across human and health services.

In alignment with the HHS Data Strategy, HHS AI Strategy, Executive Order 14110, and OMB M-24-10, ACF seeks to understand industry perspectives and offerings on use cases and guardrails for the use of AI in human services and health services. Responses will inform ACF and HHS's AI strategic plans and guidance for staff and external constituents.
