Enhancement and Maintenance of NIOSH Project Planning and Management System

The existing NIOSH Project Planning and Management system is an old system developed with outdated programming and technology, and is in the process of replacement. Therefore, the current need for enhancement and maintenance, is a temporary, short term, bridge requirement, of three (3) potential years. Using any other contractor to maintain a technologically outdated system, would result in unacceptable delays, and a time consuming period of familiarization, to maintain it. H3 Solutions, Incorporated, as the system developer, and prior system support provider, is considered to be the only source for a limited duration bridge requirement, until a new replacement system is established.
