EYAS will consist of teams to provide development, security, helpdesk, and operations (DevSecOps) services to support the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Information Technology (IT) software development delivery services primarily for Verification Information System (VIS). The teams will be performing Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) activities and standardizing complex, large-scale, Internet-facing web applications and IT systems in an AWS cloud environment using forward-thinking, modern, open-source technologies and managed cloud services with heavy customer engagement.
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security is seeking a contractor to provide IT software development delivery services for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Verification Information System (VIS). The contract, known as Enhanced Yield Assistance and Support (EYAS), aims to deliver development, security, helpdesk, and operations (DevSecOps) services in an AWS cloud environment using modern open-source technologies and managed cloud services. The teams under EYAS will be responsible for standardizing complex, large-scale web applications and IT systems. The contract falls under the General Services Administration (GSA) 8(a) STARS III Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) and has a base period of performance from May 13, 2024, to May 12, 2027, with four option periods extending until May 12, 2031. The place of performance is expected to be at the contractor facility.
