Enhanced Mobile Satellite Services Equipment, Provisioning, and Customer Care   2

This Pre-Solicitation Notice serves as notification to industry of the upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) package for Enhanced Mobile Satellite Services (EMSS) Equipment, Provisioning, and Customer Care.
This requirement is to establish a single-award ordering vehicle that will deliver a supply of various Iridium-certified equipment and products (e.g., items ), provisioning support, and 24/7/365 dedicated help desk support to all authorized EMSS customers including the Department of Defense (DoD) and federal government, state and local government, approved foreign and allied governments, and other sponsored customers. The solicitation and resulting contract will consist of a 1-year base period, with four 1-year options.
DITCO intends to negotiate a single Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract. DITCO anticipates to make award selection of this competitive aquisition by utilizing FAR 15 Best Value Tradeoff Analysis.
