Incumbent Analysis
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior contract N0017819D8650-N6449822F3127 awarded to TDI Technologies for $14,504,120 (08/18/22–08/17/27). The prior work covered engineering and technical services supporting RDT&E of shipboard automation and controls, electric power, machinery technology/concept design, machinery silencing, energy conversion, and advanced machinery systems integration, including development and maintenance of models representing shipboard HM&E systems. The current requirement’s focus on the same Machinery Research and Silencing Division capabilities suggests continuity in scope and technical support needs.
