Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking to award pricing for Program Years 2 (PY2) and 3 (PY3) against an existing subsumable contract (SPRRA224D0020).
This requirement is generated by the PEO Missiles and Space (PEOMS) Tactical Aviation and Ground Munitions (TAGM) ATI Program Office.
The contract will not include any Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
The primary goal is to provide engineering services through Lockheed Martin Corp.

Work Details
The contract includes the following tasks and services:
- Engineering Services for PY2 and PY3 with a ceiling of 100,000 hours for each program year.
- The proposed CLIN structure includes:
- CLIN 2001AA: PY2 ATI Engineering Services from September 23, 2025, to September 22, 2026.
- CLIN 3001AA: PY3 ATI Engineering Services from September 23, 2026, to September 22, 2027.
- The requested skill mix is as follows:
- Engineering: 85% of total hours (85,000 hours)
- Logistics: 5% of total hours (5,000 hours)
