Background
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) has a requirement for various Engineering, Logistics, Technical, and Program Management Support services. This contract aims to augment NSWC IHD's technical support to the Navy and Joint Forces, including the Army, Air Force, and Marines. The services will be provided at NSWC IHD, Naval Air Station Patuxent River (NAS Pax River), and Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst. This opportunity is exclusively for SeaPort NxG MAC holders and is a total small business set-aside.

Work Details
The contractor will provide engineering support that includes field support, environmental systems, process engineering, and test and evaluation. Technical support encompasses technical documentation, logistics, alteration support, and training. Program management support involves strategic planning, Public-Private Partnership (P3) program execution support, planning for utilizing title 10 section 2474 legal authorities, and financial analysis. The contractor shall advise and assist but shall not make final decisions or certifications on behalf of the government nor perform any inherent governmental functions. All personnel must wear appropriate identification as contractor employees during meetings with government personnel.

Period of Performance
The estimated date of contract award is Q3 FY26; however, the actual period of performance will be updated at award based on the actual contract award date.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at NSWC IHD in Indian Head, Maryland; NAS Pax River in Patuxent River, Maryland; and NAWCAD Lakehurst in Lakehurst, New Jersey.
