Advance Planning Notice for Informational Purposes Only / THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

The Government is posting questions and answers in response to the draft documents posted with the pre-solicitation notice for the subject requirement. Please view Attachment 1 for the questions and answers and the subsequent attachments.

Note: Although some answers may reference the Performance Work Statement (PWS) or RFP, these documents will be posted at a later date. The answers in Attachment 1 are subject to change based on the final RFP package. If questions still remain based on the final RFP, contractors will have the opportunity to ask questions at that time. An Industry Day will not be conducted for the subject requirement. Additonally, all documents, including the RFP, will be posted in its final form when the RFP is released.
