Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 6471 Tactical Targeting Network Technology (TTNT) Years 2 and 3 Recurring Retrofit Kits

This award is a new firm-fixed-price delivery order under basic ordering agreement N0001921G0006 to The Boeing Company for USN EA-18G Tactical Targeting Network Technology (TTNT) Years Two and Three recurring retrofit kits for Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 6471 TTNT capability in EA-18G aircraft.

This acquisition was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. This effort is covered under the Justification and Approval (J&A) number 21-0113 redacted version attached to this announcement.
