Solicitation number 73351018R0011 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 (effective 13 January 17). It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is (NAICS 541519 Other Computer Related Services with a small business size standard of Size Standard.$27.5m.
This requirement is being issued as Firm Fixed Price Contract. Proposal shall be detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement and Solicitation.

Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit as a COMBINED SYNOPSIS /SOLICITATION via Federal Business Opportunities (FBO), as a 100%, 8(a) set-aside, for the purpose of entering into a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SERVICES

This solicitation will result in non-personal services, multiple award, IDIQ contract to provide analysis, technical assistance, engineering, and information technology development services for the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and all programs offices within the U.S. Small Business Administration's (SBA).

To be considered for this award, Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov/ prior to award. Lack of registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. This notice does not obligate the Government to award the contract; it does not restrict the Government's ultimate approach; nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. Proposals must be for all services stated, partial proposals will not be considered. Only firm fixed price offers will be evaluated.
