Description: This requirement is for the acquisition, installation, and commissioning of new hardware and software to convert and upgrade the existing Schneider Andover Continuum Energy Management Control System (EMCS) to the Schneider EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) to 105 facilities located on RAF Mildenhall, in accordance with (IAW) the attached PWS and Sole Source (Brand Name) Justification.
