Background
The U.S. Air Force is issuing this solicitation for Energy Management and Control Services (EMCS) to support the 355th Civil Engineer Squadron at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB). The goal of this contract is to operate, maintain, and repair the EMCS system, ensuring efficient energy management and compliance with cybersecurity regulations. Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, and services to operate and maintain the EMCS. Specific tasks include:
- Onsite Routine EMCS Monitoring and Maintenance (CLIN 0001: Monthly)
- EMCS IT Server Maintenance (CLIN 0002: Monthly)
- Emergency/Overtime/Weekend Hours (CLIN 0003: 60 Hours)
- Parts/Materials (CLIN 0004: 1 Lot)

The contractor must ensure compliance with various cybersecurity guidelines and perform duties such as troubleshooting HVAC control issues, coordinating repairs, monitoring system performance, and maintaining the overall health of the EMCS IT infrastructure.
