Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6 – Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services in conjunction with FAR part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect under Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice (DPN) 20230720, Federal Register 20 July 2023, and Defense Logistics Acquisition Directive (DLAD) Current to Revision 5 through Procurement Letter (PROCLTR) 2023-10.

Work Details
The contract is for ENATEL CHARGER AND ALARM KITS. The schedule of supplies includes Charger, Enatel Motive Power Series ECO970 (ENATEL P/N E973-41) - Quantity: 20, Alarm Kit for Eco Charger E973-41 (ENATEL P/N CAAK) - Quantity: 40.
The required delivery is 90 days after receipt of order (DARO). The material must be shipped on serviceable, winged pallets MD00100452, Revision C, dated 09/2016.
