The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine if responsible small or large business sources exist capable of fulfilling the needs identified in this effort, for market research purposes only. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621399 with a corresponding NAICS Size Standard of $9,000,000.00. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a) Program, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOB) Procurement Program, HUBZone Program, and Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program concerns IAW FAR 19.203.

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, is seeking potential sources to provide the following services in support of the 434th Field Artillery Brigade Fires Center of Excellence and Fort Sill, 6017 NE Bessinger Street, Fort Sill, Oklahoma 73503. 434th Field Artillery mission is to train and develop Soldiers Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs), and Officers to build and improve Army readiness and provide a community where soldiers, civilians, and families. Located 198 miles from Dallas, Texas, 82 miles from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and more than 187 miles from Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The 434th Field Artillery Brigade Fires Center of Excellence and Fort Sill requires the non- personal services of professional services of three (3) Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT), four (4) Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians (AEMT) or Paramedics in support of the 434th Field Artillery Brigade. This requirement is expected to result in the award of a single Firm-Fixed Price contract.

The anticipated period of performance is a base year with four option years.
