This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Data Collection and Processing non-personal services for three separate Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics projects: Current Employment Statistics (CES) Data Collection Centers, Job Opening and Labor Turnover Survey (JOLTS) Data Collection Center, and the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI Center) in accordance with each project's Performance Work Statement. The Government intends to award using a best value trade-off method per FAR 15 with a phased approach. This requirement will result in an award of Labor-Hour and Firm-Fixed-Price hybrid contracts and is a 100% small business set-aside, NAICS 541910. The small business size standard is $15 million. All questions are due by 10/17/2017 at 12 p.m. EST. All proposals are due by 11/14/2017 at 2 p.m. EST.
