The purpose of Amendment 3 is to provide the following additional questions/responses:

Additional Question: Please confirm that unit pricing on a per employee per month (PEPM) basis is acceptable, and that extended pricing for each CLIN can be calculated by applying the offered PEPM pricing to the 1,200 employees identified in the answers to question nos. 1 and 51.

Additional Question: Does NSF require any proposal to be available on/subject to a GSA Schedule/NASA SEWP/Other GWAC?

The purpose of Amendment 2 is to provide Questions and Answers (see attached spreadsheet); as a result, the attached revised Request for Quote is also provided to include two (2) updated attachments.

The purpose of Amendment 1 is to extend the due date for quotes to August 25, 2025 at 10 AM EDT.

Background
The National Science Foundation (NSF) is seeking to procure Employee Assistance Program (EAP) support services. The EAP is designed to assist employees in addressing personal concerns that may affect their job performance, including health, marital, family, financial, and emotional issues.

This contract aims to provide necessary support to NSF employees and their immediate family members, ensuring compliance with federal regulations governing EAPs.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform EAP services as defined in the Statement of Work. Services will be provided virtually or in person at convenient locations for employees.

The contractor must ensure no hidden charges or fees are billed to employees for services rendered. Compliance with all Federal laws and regulations governing Federal EAPs is mandatory. Specific requirements include:
