Employee Parking Services

Background
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to Ace Parking Management Inc. for Employee Parking Services. The contract is being issued by the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) through the Office of Research Facilities (ORF).

The goal of this contract is to provide secure parking spaces for employees and patients associated with the NIDDK's operations at the Phoenix Bioscience Core in Phoenix, Arizona.

Work Details
The contractor will provide parking spaces for 63 NIDDK/Phoenix Epidemiology & Clinical Research Branch (PECRB) employees stationed at the facility. Additionally, parking validations are required for 3-4 patients per week who will be seen by medical staff for participation in clinical research protocols.

Ace Parking Management Inc is identified as the only vendor capable of meeting these requirements due to the lack of other nearby parking facilities within 400 feet. The secured parking lot ensures a safer environment for employees, mitigating risks associated with seeking alternative parking options that may involve long walks in extreme temperatures or high costs.

The services will be performed at the Phoenix Bioscience Core, 850 N. 5th Street, Phoenix, Arizona.
