Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
The prior award details indicate a confirmed incumbent, Magellan Federal, under HQ003421D0007, with a large EAP and work-life support services contract valued at $59,364,481 covering 01/10/21–01/09/26. The described scope—mandatory EAP support services for DoD personnel on behalf of DCPAS, including personnel and non-personal items necessary to perform EAP/work-life services—appears to align closely with the current bridge requirement to continue EAP & work-life services for DoD federal civilian employees while a new long-term procurement is pursued. Additional related Magellan Federal contract coverage (e.g., HQ003421D0007-HQ003421F0532) further reflects continuity of the same EAP/work-life counseling and support functions.
