Emerging Tech Portable Shearography System   3

Background
The contract is issued by Tinker Air Force Base, which prioritizes safety and health for all personnel. The goal of this contract is to procure an Emerging Technology Portable Shearography System to enhance inspection capabilities and ensure safety compliance.

Work Details
The Contractor shall deliver one (1) Portable Vacuum/Thermal Shearography System, which includes the following specifications:

- **Inspection Head Minimum Requirements:**
- Built-in laser device with a minimum 150 mw laser source.
- Built-in thermal stress devices.
- Vacuum hood capable of attaching to flat and curved surfaces with a minimum 2 ft radius.
- Digital Shearography camera with a 5.0 MP sensor, capable of recording 12-bit video files at 30 FPS.
- Flat screen monitor on the inspection head for local viewing.

- **System Controller:**
- Manual and computer controls for vacuum generator and thermal stress devices and power sources.
- Ruggedized high-speed computer for image processing.

- **Image Processing Software:**
- Displays real-time subtraction, real-time phase maps, wrapped/unwrapped and integrated phase maps, color 3-D, and digital displacement measurement capable of saving files in .jpg and .csv formats.
- Programmable test parameters for vacuum and thermal testing including Refresh Before Heat (RBH) and Refresh After Heat (RAH).
- Intel Core i7 processor, minimum 16GB RAM, and a minimum 500GB hard drive.

- **Training Requirements:**
- On-site training for no more than six (6) operators for one day (eight hours) on instrument operation, analysis, and care. The Contractor must ensure that the system meets or exceeds all OEM specifications during performance verification.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Building 3105, Post C-5 at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma.
