Description

Notice of Award. Elevator B at FDC Houston became inoperable on Thursday September 14, 2023. The building is a high rise and the Elevator must be operational to ensure the safety and security of the institution. An assessment of the Elevator was completed by a small business with a valid SAM.gov registration and no exclusions on September 18, 20203. Due to the emergency situation, it was determined per FAR 13.106 it was in the best interest of the Government to issue a non competitive award.
