Emergency Need: Yellow Ribbon Event - Lodging, Catering, Venue; N. Canton/Akron OH JAN 8-9

Background
The Ohio Army National Guard (OHARNG) has a need for one venue, catering services, and lodging on Jan 8-9, 2022. Members of the OHARNG will be present in North Canton / Akron, Ohio to receive benefit information. The acquisition is for a TY22 Soldier Reintegration Program. To prevent COVID-19 infections, all adult attendees and providers of the program will be required to wear masks over both their nose and mouth at all times during the event (when not actively eating or drinking). Temperatures will be taken at the registration table for both providers and attendees. Hand sanitizer will be available at the registration table.
Frequent disinfecting of common surfaces will be conducted by the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program support staff.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform conference, catering, and lodging services. Specific requirements include providing conference space, parking accommodations for approximately 200 vehicles, lodging with specific room block requirements and per diem rates, registration tables, counseling room access, general session space for approximately 200 adults at banquet rounds with exhibit tables and audio/visual equipment, breakout rooms (if needed), and catering for approximately 175 adults and 5 children for a plated lunch.
The catering must adhere to specific meal requirements and pricing within Federal Government per diem rates.
