**THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING OFFERED UNDER THE 8A PROGRAM REQUIREMENT NUMBER CL1572623906C.**

This acquisition is for the support and sustainment of MWN, E911, AVN, and GVI Systems as part of the Emergency Management Modernization Program (EM2P). The capability of the DoD installations to reach personnel during times of high criticality will be guaranteed through these systems. Furthermore, this sustainment includes a 24/7/365 Service Desk, System Administration, Spare / Replacement Parts, and System Upgrades to maintain operability.
