Emergency Maintenance Support

Background
The Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) is seeking emergency maintenance support services to ensure the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of equipment operations.

This procurement is designated as a 100% small business set aside, emphasizing the government's commitment to supporting small businesses in fulfilling its operational needs.

Work Details
The contractor will provide emergency maintenance support as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Key tasks include:
- Providing estimates, inspections, and repair services for various equipment including CNC and conventional mills, lathes, laser cutters, hydraulic and pneumatic presses, and testing equipment.
- Performing total productive maintenance which involves repairing and overhauling equipment to restore it to operational status.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions.
- Responding to emergency repair requests within 48 hours of notification.
- Providing all necessary resources for on-call emergency repairs including labor, tools, diagnostic equipment, transportation, and documentation. All repairs must be conducted by personnel experienced in accordance with original equipment manufacturers' procedures.
