Emergency Generator and Diesel Fire Pump Maintenance Service Contract at PNBC and NSA-P, PA

This is a firm-fixed-price type contract (Recurring and Non-Recurring portions) for emergency generator and diesel fire pump maintenance service contract at the Philadelphia Naval Business Center (PNBC) and Naval Support Activity (NSA)-Philadelphia, PA. This requirement is a performance-based service including, but not limited to inspection, testing, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, calibration, and minor part and component replacement (such as filters, batteries, belts, hoses, fluids, oil and grease) as required to verify proper system operation; minimize malfunction, breakdown, and deterioration of systems and equipment; and maximize useful life. The contract will be for a base period with four, one-year option periods, which will not exceed sixty (60) months. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the services described in the performance work statement (PWS).
