Emergency chiller purchase

USDA's Agricultural Marketing Service, Cotton and Tobacco Program, requests emergency services to replace a Trane 150-ton screw chiller two pass through configuration located in the USDA facility at 3275 Appling Road, Memphis, TN. The work described below is intended to provide a broad scope but not limited to for purchase, delivery, setup, and a complete installation of mechanical piping and electrical systems to provide a fully functional chiller for a minimum tonnage of 200 tons. The contractor shall also provide for all demolition and removal of the existing chiller comprising of the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical disconnection and proper disposal from the premises of the USDA facility at 3275 Appling Road, Memphis, TN. Work includes the disconnection of the existing controls wiring to the existing chiller and reconnection to the newly installed chiller, ensuring the compatibility of the existing controls with the new chiller for uninterrupted performance.
