A.1.1 Purpose:

This is a post award synopsis for services under the Federal Supply Schedule in

accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 8.405-6, An urgent and compelling need exists. U.S. General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Region 7, Acquisition Management Division, Services Branch (7PQB) executing this Limited-Sources Solicitation for the emergency procurement of Full Maintenance Services in Brownsville, TX.

This procurement is being conducted FAR Part 8 Required Sources of Supplies and Services; therefore, unusual and compelling urgency provided for in FAR Part 6 Competition Requirements is not applicable under this acquisition.

The solicitation number is 47PH0224Q0008 and is being issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561210FAC with a small business size standard of $47.0 Million. This procurement is a 100% total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 52.219-6. A.1.4 Contract Overview and Period of Performance

GSA awarded one (1) Firm-Fixed Price contract from this solicitation.

The resulting period of performance will be one (1) year with zero option years from the effective date of the contract, a total of 1 year and zero options are included. This contract includes the clause FAR 52.217-8, which if exercised, may add up to an additional 6 months to the contract in addition to the total of one (1) year and six (6) months. The maximum Period of Performance for this requirement is September 23, 2024, thru August 31, 2025.
