The MARFORCOM satellite Contracting Office, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order to Comfort Systems of Virginia, Inc. 4116 S Military Hwy Chesapeke VA 23321 (Cage Code: 5SP42) on a Sole Source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-2(b)(2), Delay in award of a contract would result in serious injury, financial or other, to the Government.
Due to the current state of the AC's, emergency services are required. Therefore, the government intends to procure these services on a sole source basis from Comfort Systems of Virginia Inc.
