Description

Redacted J&A posting confirmation.

Background
The Department of State has established a U.S. Mission in Somalia, which includes 23 permanently assigned Foreign Service Officers, including an ambassador.

To support the movement efforts of this Mission, a Worldwide Protective Services (WPS) contract is in place. The Mission requires a Third-Party Contractor (TPC) to provide essential services due to the lack of Locally Employed (LE) staff for General Services Office (GSO) functions.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for fueling and servicing U.S. Government-owned vehicles that are essential for the daily operations of the Mission.

This includes transporting vehicles to refueling stations and ensuring they are serviced adequately. The contract is necessary as the Mission does not have its own fuel supply and relies on this service to meet operational needs.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Mogadishu, Somalia.
