The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Basin regional offices in Boulder City, Nevada is requesting quotations to provide routine and emergency elevator and lift services as described in the attached Performance Work Statement. It is the intent of the Government to establish multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), but reserves the right to make one or no awards. Award is anticipated in June, 2022. Submit quotation in accordance with attached RFQ Quote Instructions. Please be sure to provide current GSA contract Number, UEI number, completed Attachment #2 - price schedule, and quotation on your firm's usual company letterhead. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is: 561210 All questions must be in writing and sent to: Angela Xavier at axavier@usbr.gov no later than May 27, 2022, 1:00 PM Pacific Time. Quotes are due by May 31, 2022 at 1:00 PM Pacific Time. Award will be made in accordance with FAR part 8.405-3(b)(2)(viii) "The ordering activity contracting officer shall establish the BPA with the schedule contractor that represents the best value (see 8.404(d) and 8.405-4)." Quoters shall furnish with their quote 3 references (with points of contact and phone numbers) where they have provided exact or similar work within the last 5 years. 5/25/2022 - RFQ amended to include for reference Wage Determination 1986-0431 5/26/2022 - RFQ Extended.
