Elevator Quarterly Maintenance, Annual Inspection, Emergency Repairs, and Parts

The Contractor shall provide elevator maintenance service in a manner and form that is (1) consistent with all applicable laws, regulations, permits and elevator codes and (2) the facilities service SOW requirements. The contractor is responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs, as necessary, on a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year basis, during the performance periods, including emergency call back service in accordance with the statement of work. An optional Site Visit is scheduled for Tuesday August 8, 2023 at 8:00 am. Site visit requirements are detailed in the cover letter. Any resulting award will be in the form of a Blanket Purchase Agreement, where individual delivery orders will be issued in the form of a BPA Calls - see RFQ 15B41423Q00000015. The overall BPA period consists of five (5) performance periods. Quotes may be submitted through GSA eBuy via attachment or the alternate means specified in the cover letter. Award will be made to the Contractor that meets the minimum requirements and provides the best price/value as determined by the government. See Attached Documents.
