Background
The American Embassy in Monrovia is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance services for three Otis elevators. Work Details

- Providing a trained elevator mechanic twice monthly for equipment checks and scheduled preventive maintenance.
- Offering 24/7 emergency response service for elevator malfunctions.
- Ensuring same-day service for trouble calls related to elevator issues.
- Providing after-hours emergency minor adjustment callback service.

Routine maintenance and repair work must be scheduled during normal building hours (Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM), excluding local holidays unless otherwise approved.

Period of Performance
The base year of the contract will be for a 6-month period starting from the date of the Notice to Proceed. There are options for additional years that may extend the contract further.
