The American Embassy in Monrovia requires the Contractor to maintain the elevators identified in Attachment 1 in safe, reliable and efficient operating condition. The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel, and as well as all necessary transportation, equipment, tools, repair parts, supplies and materials required to perform inspection, maintenance, repair, and component replacement as required to maintain the elevators in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.

Routine maintenance and repair work must be scheduled during normal building hours (Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM), excluding local holidays unless otherwise approved.
