This amendment is issued to incorporate the revised Specification Section 14210 for the Base Elevators and add a new option, Option 2: Judges Elevator #4, see attached documents. Price proposal shall consist of three separate prices for the Base, Option 1 and Option 2.

The proposal due date remains unchanged, Friday, June 2, 2023
All other terms and conditions remains unchanged.

PROJECT TITLE: Elevator Modernization, George P. Kazen Federal Courthouse, Laredo, Texas

DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED WORK:
The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service is seeking to modernize two (2) each existing existing passenger elevators 1 and 2 (base) and two (2) each U.S Marshals Service prisoner elevators 3 and 5 (option 1) to replace all existing obsolete components at the George P. Kazen Federal Courthouse in Laredo, Texas. All work performed under this contract shall meet or exceed the latest ASME-A17.1 Elevator Code and the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards and conform to Specification Section 14210.

Bid schedule template is required to be utilized as part of the price proposal. Price proposal must include a price breakdown by division.

In order to be considered for award, offers conforming to the requirements of the Solicitation must be received no later
than 4:00 pm CT on Friday, June 2, 2023.
