This is a non-personal services contract to provide Elevator repairs and services. The work covered by this section of the specifications consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, supplies and materials, and in performing all operations necessary for the inspection, maintenance, replacement and repair of all elevators, dumbwaiters and jump tower hoist systems.

Questions must be submitted no later than 10 am on 24 April 2023.*** questions period updated to 10 am May 10th***
