The attached solicitation number is W56ZTN-20-Q-0001. This solicitation is set aside for small business. The Associated North America Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 238290, Business Size Standard is $16.5 million. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-04.

The Government intends a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) base award with four (4) one-year options for maintenance, inspection and repairs of Elevators at Aberdeen Proving Ground of Maryland. The service requirement will be acquired by utilizing lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) method. The evaluation methodology for the procurement consist of three factors: Technical, Past Performance, and Price. These factors will be evaluated on an acceptable or unacceptable basis. This acquisition is in accordance with FAR Parts 12, 13 and 15.
