This is a notice of contract award.. FAA contract 697DCK-25-C-00026 has been awarded to Schindler Elevater Corp. in the total potential value (base and four option years) of $37,693.80.

Amendment 0002: This amendment provides answers to vendor questions. Please see attached.

Amendment 0001: This amendment updates the SOW, removing references to the COR and invoicing. There are no other changes to the terms and conditions of the solcitation.

Please include a signed copy of all amendments with proposal.

The FAA is requesting proposals for elevator service at the Salt Lake City Air Traffic Control Tower.

Background
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking proposals for elevator maintenance services at the Salt Lake City Air Traffic Control Tower. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of elevator systems critical to the operations of the air traffic control facility.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, supervision, incidental engineering, and management necessary to perform inspections, testing, maintenance, repair, and component replacement of the elevator systems.

The specific elevator systems include:
1) Geared Traction Elevator with a weight rating of 3000 lbs, speed of 450 feet per minute, serving 23 floors;
2) Hydraulic Elevator with a weight rating of 2500 lbs, speed of 125 feet per minute, serving 2 floors.

The work includes routine and periodic inspections and tests as well as preventive maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Major repairs exceeding $250 will not be covered under this agreement unless caused by contractor negligence.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. There are options for additional years extending through December 31, 2029.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Salt Lake City Air Traffic Control Tower located at 1201 North 4000 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84116.
