Elevator Maintenance, Repair, & Inspection Services

The National Park Service, is seeking a qualified contractor to provide elevator maintenance, repair and inspections services at the Statue of Liberty National Monument, Liberty Island, NY and Ellis Island, NJ. Services include monthly preventative maintenance as well as service call repairs and emergency response and repairs. See the attached SOW for a full description of required services. Evaluation will be the following: Technical: Contractors must provide information which demonstrates their ability to provide a qualified mechanic, licensed in New York and New Jersey, to complete the required elevator maintenance and repair services. Contractors must meet this criteria to be considered for award. Price: Contractor price quote will be evaluated based on competition and the lowest price, technically acceptable offeror will be awarded the contract. The Contractor must fill out the highlighted sections of the Price Sheet fully or their quote will be considered incomplete.
