Background
This solicitation is issued by the Malmstrom Air Force Base (MAFB) for elevator maintenance services. The agency's mission is to ensure the operational readiness of its facilities, which includes maintaining vertical transportation equipment. The goal of this contract is to provide routine and emergency maintenance for elevators at MAFB and its remote Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs).

Work Details
The contractor will provide all management, tools, supplies, parts, equipment, and labor required to inspect, maintain, and repair the vertical transportation equipment (VTE) at Malmstrom Air Force Base and the remote Missile Alert Facilities. This includes a total of 17 elevators across various buildings. The scope of work encompasses both routine and emergency maintenance services. Detailed tasks include:

1) Conducting regular inspections of all elevators;
2) Performing necessary repairs as identified during inspections;
3) Providing emergency maintenance services as required;
4) Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations;
5) Submitting detailed reports on maintenance activities;
6) All identified work and funding must be specified in the issued Task Order.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Malmstrom Air Force Base located in Montana and at its remote Missile Alert Facilities.
