Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this solicitation for Elevator Inspection Services at the Oscar G. Johnson VAMC located in Iron Mountain, MI.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the safety and compliance of elevator systems through regular inspections and testing.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing elevator inspection services, which include:
1. Witnessing the testing of elevators as required by safety regulations.
2. Documenting the results of the tests conducted.
3. The elevator maintenance contractor will provide weights necessary for testing.
4. A mechanic from the elevator maintenance contractor will be present during all tests to facilitate the process while the inspection vendor witnesses and documents the test.
