Market Research Only GSA currently rents 28 Emergency Elevator Phone from Kings III to provide required service and monitoring at various Georgia PBS properties for the following services: installation, monitoring / dispatch services and maintenance and repair services for all Kings III model emergency phones including elevator phones." The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, materials, and incidental items to provide a complete, finished, fully-functional end-product or service, as described herein, and in accordance with contract specifications. The Contractor shall be responsible for compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws, ordinances, regulations and other requirements including building codes and permits. These Elevators are maintained by ThyssenKrupp. It is unknown what the cost would be to change out these Emergency Elevator Phones, which are owned by Kings III or if Kings III is the only contractor that can work on their Emergency Elevator Phone. Kings III of North America has been the primary contractor in Region 4 for Elevator Emergency Telephone Monitoring. This recurrence of service is due to the fact that Kings III has installed their proprietary equipment in the elevators of the serviceable building and the Government has from year to year, realized an immediate saving in the costs of the phone monitoring. The purpose of this Request for Information is to see if 1. What the cost would be to change out these Emergency Elevator Phones owned by Kings III, 2. What the monthly service cost would be if changed out, 3. Is Kings III the only Elevator Emergency Telephone Monitoring that can service these phones, and 4. Has Elevator Emergency Telephone Monitoring Technology changed in order to get way from Proprietary equipment?
