Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC (FFDG) anticipates procurement of the following assemblies for Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab). Fermilab Requests your firm-fixed price proposal for the attached RFP 368223-GMG.

Background
Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC (FFDG) is anticipating the procurement of specific assemblies for the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab). The goal of this contract is to acquire electronics and cryogenic hardware that will support Fermilab's scientific missions. The procurement is managed by the Procurement Department at Fermilab, which operates under the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Science.

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of various electronic components as outlined in Request for Proposal #368223-GMG. The items requested include:

1. **Amplifier: LNF-LNC4_8G**
- Quantity: 4
- Description: Low Noise Factory Cryogenic LNA New Smaller Model
- RF bandwidth: 4-8 GHz
- Noise Temperature: 1.5K typical
- Gain: 44 dB
- DC-power: Vd=0.70V, Id=15mA
- RF-connectors: female SMA, DC-connector: 9-pin female Nano-D

2. **Connector: LNF-NANO9M**

- Description: Low Noise Factory DC-connector, 9-pin Male Nano-D pigtail.

3. **Ferrite Component: LNF-CICICIC4_8A**
- Quantity: 4
- Description: Low Noise Factory Triple Junction 4-8 GHz Cryogenic Circulator with three junctions (First, Second, and Third Junction).
- Female connectors on all SMA's.
- Insertion loss: 0.4 dB typical; Isolation: 60 dB typical.

4. **Ferrite Component: LNF-SHIELD4_8_TJ**
- Quantity: 4
- Description: Triple Junction MuMetal Shield and screws; works with frequencies of 4-8 and 4-12 GHz.
- This is an optional and removable second shield.

5. **Cryo Components: QMC-CRYOIRF-002**
- Quantity: 50
- Description: Quantum Microwave High Cut-Off Frequency Infrared Filter.
- Insertion loss less than 1.8 dB @ 10 GHz; Return loss up to 12 GHz better than 15 dB based on magnetically loaded dielectric absorber Eccosorb CR 110.
- Impedance: 50 Ω; Capable of operation at 10mK.
- Connectors include SMA Female Bulkhead and SMA Female; Housing made of OFHC Copper with Gold Plated finish.

The units will be delivered to Fermilab Receiving Warehouse 2 located at Kirk Rd & Wilson Street, Batavia, IL 60510, United States.
